To ensure that every interaction with staff, visitors, suppliers, and clients is of an exceptionally high standard so as to protect and enhance the image of the company.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
· Implementation of all reception duties.
· Ensure administration tasks are completed timeously and accurately.
· Ensure the appropriate representation of the brand visually, written and verbally.
· Handle colleagues and visitors according to the Atlas Finance Values and treat with respect at all times
· Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with policy and procedures.
· Ensure that information, branch contact details – addresses etc. are readily available in order to answer customer queries efficiently
Competency and qualification requirements:
· Receptionist Diploma/Certificate
· Grade 12
· 2 years’ experience in a receptionist role
· Valid Driver’s License
· 2 years’ experience in Micro Finance industry
· Computer literacy at an advanced level
