Role Description
This is a role unique to We Buy Cars and is the foundation of our company. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a drive to reach targets, and requires a self-motivated, dynamic, honest, loyal, and hard-working personality. We expect excellent customer service, accurate vehicle evaluations from our esteemed used-vehicle buyers to purchase quality vehicles at the right price!
Role Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 (tertiary qualification will be advantageous)
- 4 years’ work experience (with a strong focus on customer service)
- Valid motor vehicle license
Duties and Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly vehicle target
- Plan daily activities effectively to meet buying targets
- Purchase vehicles at the right price
- Accurate on-site vehicle evaluations
- Plan daily activities to effectively manage leads and meet targets
- Create a memorable customer experience
- Brand ambassador
