Full Sales accountability for Inland West & Northern region in Traditional Trade channel
Identify new business opportunities by tapping in and developing relationships with potential customers in the Inland market.
To Plan, design, develop, forecast and implement different sales activities by researching customer needs and requirements.
To retain & maintain existing clients and further develop the regions.
Provide monthly business updates according to agreed deadlines to management & stakeholders and present customer and performance reviews to management every quarter.
Manage allocated budgets effectively
Review Customers performance and implement corrective strategies.
Implement & evaluate promotional program and measure ROI in conjunction with activations
Budget allocation and forecasting by account/Region in order to optimize sales and ROI and to achieve the set short term and long term KPI’S
Identify best promotional mix to drive the best ROI through planned activities and adhoc spend.
Negotiate trading terms, ranging, new listings, pricing and promotional activities.
Manage and grow customer profitability.
Manage sales agents, merchandisers and sales executive, ensuring budget and targets are met
Qualifications
Preferred Commercial Degree/Diploma
Relevant Qualification in related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG account
Skills and Knowledge
A strong understanding of the Inland market and customers
Excel and PowerPoint literacy
Commercially astute
Strong decision-making skills and possesses initiative
Between 5 - 7 Years
