Our company is looking to employ an experienced SETA Compliance Officer who will be responsibility for the overall compliance of the skills development division and ensuring that learners are registered and enrolled with SETA’s and Quality Assuring bodies.
Key Responsibilities.
- Assist with drafting the Annual Training Report (ATR) on the implementation of the WSP.
- Maintain employee and client training records for WSP & ATR reporting.
- Develop and compile Workplace Skills Plans, Annual Training Reports and Workplace Skills Plan Reports for internal companies and External clients as per the requirements of the various Seta’s.
- Submit the WSP & ATR plans to the relevant Seta’s and the Department of Labour.
- Liaise between the employer, Seta’s and Department of Labour.
- Communicate Seta initiatives, grants and benefits to the employer.
- Communicate with external clients and internal staff concerning events and grants being offered by the Seta.
- Assess training needs for new and existing employees.
- Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders of company regarding employee training needs as required.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders for Skills requirements.
- Assist with compiling extension of scope documents to various ETQA / SETA bodies.
- Managing Assessor Database for extension of scope documents required by the SETA’s.
- Manage all internal and external company files for reporting purposes.
- Apply for discretionary grants through the various SETA portals.
- Enrolling and Exiting of Learner’s on the various SETA/QCTO/ETQA LMIS/Indicium systems.
- Requesting of External Moderation from various ETQA /SETA/QCTO bodies.
Essential Requirements.
- A National Diploma in Business Management/Administration or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in training and development industry.
- Accredited Skills Development Facilitator/Assessor.
- Experience with SETA Quality Assuring Systems.
- A good understanding of SETA’s and SETA systems, Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), Skills Development Legislation, B-BBEE Accreditation and verification processes.
- SDF/WSP/ATR submissions and report experience.
- Project management experience.
- External moderation experience will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Online technical experience.
- Database management experience.
- Diligence and Attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written skills.

Pay: From R12 000,00 per month
