Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation
-Ability to manage stock, food cost, and kitchen staff
-Experience with menu planning and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Manage and train kitchen staff
- Ensure high food quality and hygiene standards
- Create and update menus
- Control stock and kitchen expenses
- Maintain health and safety regulations
- Location: Brooklyn PTA
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: Market Related / Based on Experience
