A family is looking for a HOME SCHOOL TUTOR / AU PAIR for their children in Grade 1 (7 years old) and Grade RR (5 years old)
Area: Faerie Glen
Ages: children in Grade 1 (7 years old) and Grade RR (5 years old)
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 09h00 - 14h00
School holiday hours: Monday – Friday: 09h00 - 14h00
Duties: : Tutoring the eldest for 2024 and then both children from 2025 onwards in English, Afrikaans, English Phonics, Afrikaans reading, Maths and Life Skills. Following the provided curriculum, ensuring concepts are grasped, understood and submitted. Home School tutoring will take roughly 2 – 3 hours per day. Engaging in educational and fun stimulation, activities, free play and crafts after tutoring.
Requirements: Female candidate with tutoring experience required
Curriculum: Impaq (CAPS)
Start date: ASAP start – permanent contract – long term commitment needed
Salary: R9000 - R10 000 per month, no driving required
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
