As the Assistant Manager of our Ou Meul store, you are responsible for the smooth day to day running of the store. We need a leader in the business to create a great team that is motivated to deliver great results. The role is based on Windmeul (Paarl). You must live in the area or close by and or have your own transport to travel to the store.
The successful candidate should have:

· the ability to connect with locals and create a loyal customer base
· a very good knowledge of stock management, reporting, rostering, controlling labour and manage the financial side of the business
· the ability to manage a large building and property and make sure it is maintained and that everything is in a good working order
· to be hands-on and a willingness to get involved in the operation where necessary
Minimum qualification and experience requirements
· 3 Years’ experience as a Assistant Manager of a restaurant or coffee shop
· Exceptional multi-tasking skills
· Excellent time management, able to meet exact deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
· Excellent management and organisational skills.
· Able to multi-task and work under pressure
· Organised and structured person
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Function well in team, but able to work independently
