Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef based at our client in Pretoria. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the COOKING cuisines, kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards, Staff kitchen management , and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
Qualifications

Experience in menu planning, kitchen operations, and food quality standards

Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the kitchen team
