Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers to promote and sell Telkom products and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
- Accurately capture customer information on company systems.
- Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum 6 months' outbound call centre sales experience.
- Previous Telkom or telecommunications sales experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear criminal record.
