The Google Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns through Google Ads. The role involves managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that campaigns meet the client's objectives. The Google Campaign Manager will work closely with the digital marketing team to drive high-quality traffic, increase conversions, and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Setup:
- Develop and implement Google Ads strategies that align with client goals.
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, including search, display, video, and shopping ads.
- Conduct keyword research, select target audiences, and design ad creatives.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads reporting, and other relevant tools.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies.
- Optimization & Budget Management:
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve the highest possible ROI.
- Adjust bidding strategies, ad copy, and targeting based on performance data.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring that spend aligns with targets.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related digital marketing tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with other PPC platforms like Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
