What this role is all about:
We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex strategic programmes across multiple teams, products and platforms. Reporting to the Head of Project Services, this role is responsible for driving large-scale initiatives from inception through to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while managing governance, stakeholders, risks and dependencies. Working closely with senior leaders, technology teams and global clients, the Programme Manager will play a key role in delivering business outcomes, enabling organisational change and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and delivery excellence.
Key Actions
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex strategic programmes across multiple interdependent workstreams, teams, products and platforms
- Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks, reporting structures, decision-making forums and escalation pathways
- Develop and manage integrated programme roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones and dependency maps
- Provide programme leadership across cross-functional teams, driving alignment, collaboration and accountability
- Chair programme governance forums, steering committees and working groups to support informed decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, global clients and delivery teams
- Manage programme risks, issues, assumptions, constraints and dependencies across all workstreams
- Provide programme health reporting, performance metrics, delivery updates and outcome tracking to senior leadership
- Partner with business, operational and technology teams to align priorities, requirements and programme objectives
- Drive continuous improvement across programme delivery practices, promoting transparency, ownership and excellence

- Demonstrated experience leading large cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesise complex information
- Strong commercial awareness and sound decision-making capability
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with global clients and diverse international stakeholder groups
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
