What We’re Looking For
- High-energy individuals with a professional, positive attitude
- Proven ability to sell, close, and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers find the right bed or mattress
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Must reside in Cape Town or surrounding areas
- Must have own reliable transport (non-negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer service
- Actively drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain high standards of store presentation
- Build strong product knowledge and represent the brand professionally
