This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure and detail. You'll be the glue between departments — supporting sales reporting, technical admin, dealer invoicing, costings, and general HR/office functions.
What you'll be doing: Compiling monthly sales, fuel, and commission reports
Processing invoices, quotations, and dealer documentation
Managing technical job sheets and warranty records
Assisting with costings and loyalty programme admin
Keeping filing and document control airtight
What we're looking for:✅ Strong admin/reporting experience (spreadsheets are your happy place)
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to manage recurring monthly deadlines independently
✅ Confident communicator across all levels of a business
✅ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
