Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory, monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply for ongoing operations, perform regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and report them to the relevant personnel.
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure they match the purchase orders, document received goods, check for damages, and report any discrepancies to procurement department.
Organize and schedule stock collections from suppliers, vendors, and other sources, verify the collected items against the records and ensure accuracy.
Ensure that all stock and deliveries meet quality standards and safety regulations, handle, and store items properly to prevent damage and spoilage.
Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies, assist with the reconciliation of inventory and report any variances to management.
Maintain and operate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks used for stock movement, perform routine checks, and report any maintenance needs.
