Stefanutti Stocks Inland is looking for a Senior Concrete Foreman to supervise and coordinate all concrete-related activities on site to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all concrete-related work on site
- Provide site management with advice on improving productivity and reducing operational risk
- Meet and exceed the site production outputs to specification
- Plan, monitor, evaluate operational performance, resources and processes
- Maintain Health & Safety standards on site
Minimum Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) - essential
- Minimum 8 Years' experience in a Civil Construction environment
- NQF4 Qualification in Construction (will be an advantage)
- Proven experience supervising concrete teams on large-scale civil projects
- Intricate production knowledge and experience in a supervisory role on a construction site
