We are looking for a highly organised, people-focused Junior REALISE Administrator to support the delivery of our youth development and work-readiness programmes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people while providing high-quality administrative and learner support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring learners receive ongoing support throughout their programme journey, from onboarding to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular learner follow-ups to monitor attendance, participation and progress.
- Respond to learner queries and provide first-line support via WhatsApp, telephone and email.
- Track learner engagement and maintain accurate programme records.
- Assist with learner onboarding and administrative documentation.
- Support assessment scheduling and coordination.
- Capture learner information and maintain programme databases.
- Prepare reports and update learner tracking spreadsheets.
- Assist with learner communication campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Escalate learner concerns to the appropriate programme stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields: Psychology; Business Administration or Office Administration; Marketing; Human Resources; Public Management; Or a related qualification
- Mininum of 2 years in previous administrative roles relating to learning and development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to follow up consistently and meet deadlines.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
