Are you a master of your craft who can confidently work with every hair length, type, and texture? We are looking for a versatile, highly experienced Hairdresser who possesses a complete skill set—from classic precision cuts to advanced chemical services and flawless styling.
As part of our team, you will deliver custom hair transformations, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the vibrant, high-energy atmosphere of our salon.
Key Responsibilities
Precision Cutting & Styling: Expertly execute cuts, trims, re-styles, and blow-outs across all lengths (short, medium, long) and all hair types/textures (straight, wavy, curly, and coily/Afro-textured).
Full-Spectrum Hair Care: Confidently perform the full range of core hairdressing services, including custom color techniques (balayage, highlights, full color), chemical treatments (relaxers, kerating treatments, perm work), deep conditioning, and formal styling/updos.
Consultation & Customization: Conduct thorough client consultations to analyze hair integrity, understand personal preferences, and recommend tailored cut, color, and maintenance plans.
Sanitation & Professionalism: Maintain a clean, pristine workstation, properly sanitize all equipment and tools between clients, and adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Retail & Client Retention: Recommend home-care regimens and premium retail products to maintain hair health, building a strong base of repeat clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience working as a qualified, professional Hairdresser in a reputable salon setting.
Complete Skill Set: Comprehensive mastery of all core hairdressing techniques—cutting, coloring, styling, chemical processing, and treatments.
Texture & Length Versatility: Solid experience working comfortably and effectively with all hair lengths and a wide variety of hair textures.
Professional Traits: Ambitious, detail-oriented, punctual, and genuinely passionate about beauty trends and hair health.
Bonus Skill: Experience with protective styling and braiding for Afro-textured hair (box braids, knotless braids, cornrows, etc.) is a major plus, though not strictly required!
