Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Vehicle and valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in external sales, preferably within the HR solutions or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and solutions, with a passion for helping businesses optimise their HR functions.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities to generate sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive additional business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate HR solutions effectively to prospective clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to introduce HR solutions and generate new leads.
