Our client, a leading player in the Office Automation and ICT sector, is seeking a skilled and reliable Installation Technician to join their technical team in JHB
This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in Hikvision surveillance systems, 3CX telecoms, and Yeastar PBX platforms who is ready to step into a stable, mid-level position with room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Hikvision CCTV systems, including IP cameras and NVR setups.
- Implement and support 3CX VoIP systems, including SIP trunking, extensions, and routing.
- Install and troubleshoot Yeastar PBX systems for SME and enterprise clients.
- Perform site assessments, structured cabling, and system testing.
- Deliver effective client training and support post-installation.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in CCTV, telecoms, or ICT installations.
- Proficiency with Hikvision, 3CX, and Yeastar technologies.
- Solid understanding of IP networking (e.g., IP addressing, NAT, VLANs).
- Valid South African driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Strong problem-solving skills and client service orientation.
