WE ARE HIRING – JUNIOR STORE MANAGER
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Junior Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in retail management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous retail or hospitality experience (supervisory experience will be advantageous)
- Strong leadership potential and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
- Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
