Requirements:

2 – 3 Years previous experience in a restaurant environment (Essential)

Sound knowledge of the Hot section (Essential)

Extensive knowledge of grilling techniques and meat preparation

Food Hygiene or professional cooking qualifications (Beneficial)

Knowledgeable of all dietary and religious requirements

Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily preparations.

Ensure efficient work with the focus on completing the task within the time available.

Assisting with Stock control and month end procedures
-
Ensure all grilling standards are implemented as required by the owner
-
Prepare and grill high-quality meat dishes to perfection
-
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grill station
-
Comply with all relevant checklists and evaluations set out by the owners
-
Provide excellent customer service
Package on Offer:
R 7 000 per month depending on experience
