About the Role
Energi Solutions Africa is seeking a driven and customer-focused Technical Sales Representative to join our sales team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, understanding customer applications and processes, and driving sales growth within targeted industries and markets.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal, technical, and commercial skills who is able to build lasting client relationships and identify solution-based opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within defined markets.
- Grow existing customer accounts and identify areas for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and networks.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Customer & Account Management
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Understand customer processes, applications, and operational requirements.
- Provide solution-driven support and technical consultation to customers.
- Ensure successful delivery of solutions according to customer expectations.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Sales Performance & Reporting
- Set and monitor sales objectives and performance targets.
- Forecast sales performance and track key account metrics.
- Monitor opportunities, quotations, projects, and revenue growth.
- Prepare and communicate monthly and quarterly progress reports.

Remuneration
- Salary: R25,000 - R30,000 per month (dependent on experience).
- Fuel card provided.
- Lucrative employee incentive structure.
Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
Experience:
- Technical Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Heating energy industry: 1 year (Preferred)
