Overview
Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful individual to join our Travel team. We are hiring best-in-class talent who are passionate about travel (and all things luxury), and want to work in a globally diverse organization with a strong team culture.
Your exceptional customer service skills support, commercial judgment, skillful use of travel research and booking technology, and passion for travel support will deliver superb member satisfaction, high levels of supplier revenue, and repeat usage of Ten for travel and other jobs throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
Review new requests
- Check that dates and details on request subjects are correct and corresponds with brief/ongoing request.
- Add in names on the subject for respective Lifestyle Manager (if applicable).
- Reallocate any requests that are not for Travel.
- Follow up with members to support full brief best practice.
- Assist with online check in requests.
- Check Lifestyle Manager home pages when off sick – adjust DL’s where applicable/follow up/move/self-allocate
- Ensure that the AutoJobs page is cleared. Flag in the Global chat if necessary (this needs to be checked throughout the day and cleared).
Review the Travel Partners Inbox
- File any quotes, invoices, confirmations/documents in the respective folders.
- Check for any important/urgent emails and look for the member/job sheet and flag to Lifestyle Manager or Team.
- Notify the Private Travel Team and Travel Support teams of any emails intended for them.
- TP Inbox will be monitored throughout the day.
Monitor relevant Travel Pages for requests
- Self-Allocate any requests that need additional information
- Complete follow up calls or emails with members who have not responded to the initial communication.
- Schedule in Mailers on our calendars (WFM & Travel Support) for request visibility.
Monitor the Travel Schedule Changes and Cancellations Page for any requests.

Self-allocate, allocate to the Main Page or allocate to the respective LM (if on duty).
RELIEF ALLOCATION DUTIES
- Allocate to UK Travel Team as per allocation rota.
- Assist the WFM with monitoring the V2 Page on a Thursday.
- Update shift documents
- Accurately add scheduled shifts for the UK Travel Team, including breaks for the day from Genesys on the Allocation Spreadsheet. The same process to be adhered to for the Elevated Team.
- Complete shifts on Allocation Spreadsheet before weekend and/or leave.
- Assist with additional spreadsheet that needs to be completed (Transfers, IB, Late shifts, other teams assistance, Training etc.)

Requirements
Education/Experience:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Only candidates who is currently residing in Cape Town will be considered
- Flexible with different shift patterns
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with demonstrated problem solving ability
- A deep sense of empathy and ability to connect with members quickly and building trust
- Confidence in communicating with UHNW clients
- A ‘can do, will do’ mindset, willing to get whatever is needed done
- A high sense of ownership in everything you do, taking responsibility
- Analytical in approach, with a commercial understanding to service delivery
- Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement.
