Bookkeeper
The Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately
- Daily bank recons
- Capturing and managing Bookkeeping journals
- Debtor and Creditors reconciliation
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Managing and preparing the audit packs
- Online electronic payments
- Ability to work with high volumes
Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:
- 5 years bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Accounting degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
