Service Advisor needed for a workshop in Laser Park Roodepoort. We are looking for a vibrant person with sober habits and knowledge of the automotive industry.
The position will require you to deal with all types of clients and assist them with their automotive requirements such as service and repairs on motor vehicles and small fleets. You would be required to be professional in your communication and be presentable at all times. You and your colleague will be required to take ownership of your team of technicians and maintain a healthy relationship for the best productivity.
The position would require you but not restricted to: Receive clients, follow prescribed administration processes to successfully complete tasks at hand, have a good relationship with our suppliers, maintain a professional relationship with management, maintain a professional relationship with all staff and technicians in the workplace, willingness to source new clients and to adhere to all aspects of the Bosch Car Service Brand. Incentive structure to be discussed at the interview process.
