SOUS CHEF – SANDTON – R25000 to R35000
Currently recruiting for a SOUS CHEF for a Corporate Canteen, soon to open in Sandton, concentrating on Healthy Food Options.
This is a Monday to Friday position with the occasional function.

Experience in kitchen service and staff management
Skills:

Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management

Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress

Outstanding communication and leadership skills

Up to date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

Computer skills
