A 5* Luxury Hotel seeks a professional & highly experienced Reservations Manager managing the FIT department of 10 staff members.
You must have the ability to handle pressure with a turn around time of 2hours
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous
Understanding of contracting , up selling, yielding rates, invoicing, quotations
Following strict systems & procedures according to the Hotels Policies
5* Experience within a large Reservations department
Willing to be adaptable to change
Willing to be flexible in terms of working hours if & when required.
