Police Clear is looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the business and assist in driving sales, service delivery and team performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team, overseeing daily operations, monitoring employee performance, ensuring service standards are maintained, and assisting the team in achieving business objectives. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service experience and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management and operation of the business.
- Support and motivate the sales and administration teams to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity and service delivery standards.
- Assist with training, coaching and development of team members.
- Ensure client enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in resolving client complaints and service-related issues.
- Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving monthly targets.
- Ensure all Company policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting as required by Management.
- Assist with workflow planning and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Management to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
- In addition to operational responsibilities, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, converting leads into business, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory, team leader, assistant manager or management role.
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Target-driven with a strong customer service focus.
- Experience within the visa, immigration, travel or document processing industry will be advantageous.
