To support both internal and external customers according to STOWE policies and procedures. The position requires one to have technical proficiency of all industry related hardware and software supported by STOWE. Extended working hours and long distance traveling are fundamental requirements. Project work including installations and training competency. Contractual understanding, Quality Assurance implementation and customer consultation. Leadership, mentorship and guidance of junior engineers.

· Understanding and implementation of Stowe policies and procedures.
· Mentoring junior staff on policies and procedures
· Policing of Stowe policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Qualification
- A+ and N+ (CompTIA) Certification or NQF 5 equivalent
- At Least 1 Year IT industry experience
- Driver’s License
- Passport
