1. HEAD CHEF
We are seeking a highly experienced Head Chef with a proven track record in running a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
The successful candidate must be able to lead from the front, improve kitchen standards, develop strong systems, manage consistency, and elevate the overall dining experience.
Key Requirements:
Professional culinary training or recognised industry experience
Proven success in managing a busy commercial kitchen
Strong leadership and staff development ability
Excellent understanding of food quality, speed, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen discipline
Ability to improve standards and drive menu execution
Strong stock control, costing, wastage control, and kitchen admin skills
Calm under pressure and solutions-driven
Ideal Candidate:
A chef who is not only strong on the pass, but also capable of building systems, training teams, maintaining consistency, and improving the full kitchen operation.
