We’re looking for highly self-motivated and goal-driven individuals to lead our cycling membership sales team. Passion, energy, and a positive attitude are key attributes we value.
Career coaching and training will be provided. If you have the desire to learn and earn — we’ll guide you and help your team reach its goals.
Requirements:
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years direct sales experience
- Minimum 5 years cycling knowledge and/or experience is essential
- 2–5 years managerial experience, managing 10 or more people
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and strengthen relationships
- Own vehicle is essential
- Resilience and a drive to succeed
Focus Areas:
- Reporting on key performance metrics and stats
- Managing a team of 8–10 people
- Achieving monthly budgets and sales targets
- Networking, lead generation, and client follow-ups
Job Type: Full-time
Salary includes a basic with the potential to earn commission. Salary including potential commission can range between R25K - R45K.
