Office Assistant
Namib Biltong is seeking for a young driven Office Assistant to join our team.
Key Performance Areas:
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
- Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents,
- Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records
- Capture weekly orders and weekly statement
- Capture Weekly claims
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Reside in Wellington Area
- Own reliable transport
