The Role
We're looking for a driven Sales Consultant who can identify businesses held back by inefficient systems and show them a better way forward. You won't be selling software — you'll be selling outcomes: faster response times, recaptured revenue, and businesses that run without the owner being the bottleneck.
This is a consultative, solution-focused sales role. You'll manage the full cycle from prospecting through to close.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify SME leads across industries where operational friction is visible (retail, professional services, real estate, hospitality, healthcare)
- Run discovery calls to identify specific pain points — slow response times, missed leads, manual repetitive tasks, WhatsApp chaos
- Present and demo ROptiFlow solutions tailored to each prospect's specific business problem
- Prepare proposals and manage follow-up through to signed contract
- Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client handovers
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or professional services
- Ability to sell consultatively — you ask more than you pitch
- Strong understanding of how SMEs operate and where they feel pain
- Confident communicator across WhatsApp, email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Based in South Africa; existing network in SME or corporate circles is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with automation, chatbots, or business software is a plus — not a requirement
