Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product information across company systems and databases
- Track supplier quotations and product developments
- Verify pricing, specifications, and product details
- Maintain accurate inventory and product records
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain and update product-related information
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Experience coordinating product-related information with suppliers
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in inventory management, procurement administration, product administration, or a related field
- Procurement experience advantageous
- Sage, Airtable, and ERP system experience advantageous
