Senior Floor Manager - Cape Town

Currently recruiting a new Senior Floor Manager.
Supervised by the GM, you will be in charge of the following:

training and supervising staff
-
running and supervising the floor
-
overseeing stock levels
-
ordering supplies
-
producing staff rosters
-
handling customer enquiries and complaints
-
taking reservations
-
greeting and advising customers
-
problem solving
-
handling administration and paperwork
-
liaising with customers, employees, suppliers and sales representatives
-
making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
