Senior Fleet Coordinator at Future Motor Lease.

Then join our growing team at Future Motor Lease as a Senior Fleet Coordinator. We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to play a vital role in maintaining our fleet vehicles, ensuring they're safe, reliable, and ready to hit the road.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on our fleet of cars, vans, and trucks, following manufacturer guidelines.
- Mechanical repairs, maintenance, and servicing of vehicles.
- Licensing & Registrations of vehicles.
- Mechanical and electrical issues & know the relevant recon center’s.
- Know how to action preventative maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate service records for each vehicle in the fleet.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and fleet personnel to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- Knowledgeable on and understands the panel beating process from cosmetic touch ups to accident repairs.
- Must have the ability to inspect vehicles for defects or damages. (Mechanical, Panel Beating, suspension, etc.)
- Ability to source vehicle parts accurately.
- Reducing down time on vehicles.
- On call for accidents and breakdowns.
- Working collaboratively to ensure the fleet is safe, well maintained and operational at all times.
- Able to carry out any other reasonable task requested by managers or directors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 year of experience as a Senior Fleet Coordinator.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have car rental experience. (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of automotive repair principles and best practices.
- Auto Electrical & Mechanical knowledge. (preferred)
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Panel Beating background. (advantageous)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Computer Literate. (Microsoft, excel, word, email composition).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license. (preferred)
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Must have great conflict-resolution.
- Excellent planning, executing and organisational skills.
- Administratively strong.
- Self-manageable.
- Can do attitude – Willing to learn and grow as an individual.

Salary:
This is a salaried position with a 24-hour on-call component. Overtime will be paid for going to the scene, if required. (after hours)
