Full job description
The candidate will provide administrative support to the breakdown manager. The candidate will be responsible for performing various admin related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company, ensure the workflow is optimal, and assist with day-to-day administrative functions. This role is essential in maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and productivity within the workplace, while also at times assigning jobs to other employees. The role requires the successful candidate to be on standby for sales calls once every two weeks after hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -
The following are the key duties and responsibilities of this position but not limited to: -
· Data entry in databases, spreadsheets, and digital systems.
· Record keeping of documents, files & correspondence.
· Receiving of Inventory.
· Allocation of industry for repairs or returns.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
· 3+ years’ administrative experience.
· Computer literate in Office365 programs (Outlook and Excel).
· Receiving and dispatching of Inventory.
· Working within a returns, repairs, technical servicing, or warehousing environment is advantageous.
· Working experience with Xero Accounting system is a bonus
· Experience in truck repairs or having knowledge with trucks is a bonus
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
· Matric (Grade 12 or equivalent) preferred.
