Vehicle Monitoring & Tracking
· Monitor the vehicle tracking platform and respond to all alerts promptly.
· Continuously monitor vehicle movements and investigate unusual or suspicious activity.
· Track vehicle locations to ensure compliance with rental agreements.
· Escalate high-risk vehicle activity immediately to management.
Speed Alert Management
· Monitor real-time speed alerts across the fleet.
· Contact customers regarding excessive speeding where required.
· Record all speed violations and maintain accurate incident logs.
· Escalate repeated offences in line with company policy.
Overdue Rental Recovery
· Monitor all overdue rentals daily.
· Contact customers via phone, email and other communication channels to secure vehicle returns.
· Negotiate realistic return times while enforcing company policies.
· Escalate non-responsive customers promptly.
· Coordinate recovery actions when vehicles are not returned as agreed.
Unauthorised Driver & Rental Investigations
· Investigate reports of unauthorised drivers operating company vehicles.
· Verify rental agreements and customer information.
· Liaise with branches regarding suspected breaches of rental terms.
· Document findings and recommend appropriate action.
Vehicle Recovery
· Coordinate the safe recovery of company vehicles.
· Liaise with recovery service providers, tracking companies and law enforcement where necessary.
· Monitor recovery progress until vehicles have been safely returned.
· Ensure all recoveries are fully documented.
Incident Administration
· Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, investigations and recoveries.
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recovery reports.
· Update internal systems with all actions taken.
· Ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
Stakeholder Communication
· Build professional relationships with branches, customers and service providers.
· Provide regular updates to management on high-risk vehicles.
· Communicate professionally during difficult customer interactions.
· Assist branches with recovery-related queries.
