- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
