This position has a direct report into the Store Manager and will suit an individual with an
extroverted personality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver outstanding customer service with energy and enthusiasm
·Ensure the Health & Safety checks are conducted daily
·To complete the maintenance checklist of the train
·Maintain that the train is clean at all times
·To sell the tickets at the train station
· Establish a heartfelt connection with every customer
· Ensure customer needs are satisfied by receiving, merchandising, and replenishing stock
· Invoke a sense of play by conducting product demonstrations
· Maintaining the Kingdom’s housekeeping standards to ensure an amazing customer experience
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
· Grade 12 or Equivalent certificate
· Ability to problem solve
· Confidence to deal with customers
· 1-2 years relevant experience advantageous
· Have consistently delivered results above industry norms.
