As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a skilled and strategic Head of Revenue to join our team and drive growth through optimised pricing strategies and channel usage.
Position Overview:
As the Head of Revenue, you will play a pivotal role in maximising our revenue potential by implementing effective pricing strategies and optimising channel usage. This position requires a blend of data analytics expertise, strategic thinking, and partnership development skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Pricing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximise revenue while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions.
- Utilise data-driven insights to continuously refine pricing models and strategies.
Channel Optimisation:
- Identify and prioritise key booking channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and others based on performance metrics and market dynamics.
- Optimise channel usage through effective allocation of resources and budget.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with booking platforms to enhance visibility and drive bookings.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilise advanced analytics tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets related to pricing, demand patterns, and channel performance.
- Develop forecasts and models to predict demand fluctuations and optimise pricing accordingly.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of pricing strategies and channel optimisation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support product enhancements and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure pricing decisions align with revenue targets and financial goals.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies relates to pricing optimisation and demand generation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the demand generation function.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing initiatives to validate pricing hypotheses and optimise results.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in demand generation, pricing strategy, or revenue management roles, preferably in the hospitality or prop-tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with pricing optimisation software and revenue management systems
