We're seeking charismatic and results-driven Insurance Marketing Agents to join our team! As a Insurance Marketing Agent, you'll engage with customers, promote products, and drive sales growth through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Entry-level position, no prior experience needed
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Matric certificate with an average of 50% or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales and customer service skills (training provided)
