Restaurant Management Internship
We have a 12-month graduate opportunity available.
- Must be SA Citizen
- Must be recently graduated with a Chef/Hospitality Management or related qual.
- The role will involve overseeing four Sage Coffee shops in Eswatini,
Remuneration & Benefits:
First 3 months (Probation Period):
- Salary: R10,000 per month
- Accommodation provided
- Fuel reimbursement at AA rates or access to a company car
Months 4–12 (post successful probation):
- Once-off bonus
- Salary increase
- Inclusive of medical aid, provident fund, and group life cover
- Accommodation and fuel reimbursement continue
Additional Benefits:
- Every second weekend off, Friday to Sunday and the candidate can use AA rates for fuel reimbursement for that journey twice a month.
- All work-related travel between coffee shop locations and Johannesburg
Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
