Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead and motivate a team of servers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Assist in managing inventory
- Assist in training team of servers
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanour.
- Knowledge of POS systems, spread sheets
- Matric; further education in hospitality is a bonus.
