Responsible for all check ins/outs
To welcome guests and let them feel at home
To manage the Nightsbridge calender
All emails and messages on other platforms like booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Lekkerslaap and own website
Staff management (3 cleaning ladies and gardener)
Purchase of daily essentials for cleaning and continental breakfast
Correspondence with laundry service
To check the rooms to see if its ready for new check ins
To handle any emergency situation that might occur
Communication and updates with the owner
Bilingual Afrikaans/English
Five years experience as manager of guesthouse/lodge/hotel
