Due to continued growth, we're expanding our telesales team and looking for an experienced, driven closer to join us.
We're looking for a Senior Telesales Representative to work on behalf of one of our UK clients, opening doors with senior decision-makers and setting the pace for the rest of the team. This isn't a script-reading, box-ticking role — it's for someone who genuinely enjoys the chess match of a cold call, knows how to earn 90 seconds of a CEO's attention, and can turn that into a meeting.
You'll be calling into the UK market, covering UK business hours, selling a service (not a product) — so you'll need to be comfortable talking value, outcomes and trust rather than specs and features.

Making high-volume, outbound B2B cold calls into UK businesses

Getting past gatekeepers to reach Managing Directors, CEOs, Partners and other senior decision-makers

Running a structured, confident sales conversation — handling objections calmly and steering toward the next step

Booking qualified meetings and building a consistent, reliable pipeline

Bringing energy and know-how to the floor — informally coaching or mentoring newer reps as the "go-to" voice on the team

Working autonomously, managing your own call time and targets within UK hours

3–5+ years of outbound B2B cold calling experience — this is a senior seat, not a training ground

A track record of selling an intangible service, not a physical product

Proven success reaching and engaging senior decision-makers (MD/CEO/Partner level)

Some experience coaching or mentoring other salespeople — formally or informally

Confidence working autonomously, with the discipline to cover full UK business hours

Sharp objection handling and a structured, repeatable approach to cold calling

A stable employment history, including at least one role held for 18 months or longer
