Homeleigh Nursing Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at our healthcare facility in Helderberg Village.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care across our:
- Frail Care Unit
- Memory Care Unit
- Sub-Acute Unit
You will coordinate clinical care on shift, supervise nursing and care staff, collaborate with doctors and allied healthcare professionals, and ensure that every resident receives safe, person-centred care.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Current SANC registration
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in:
- Frail Care
- Dementia / Memory Care
- Sub-Acute or Step-Down Care
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
- Leadership and team supervision experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy
Advantageous
- Experience in a residential healthcare facility
- Additional training in:
- Wound Care
- Infection Prevention & Control
- Dementia Care
- BLS / ACLS
What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
- Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans
- Administer and monitor medication
- Provide wound care and sub-acute nursing interventions
- Coordinate and supervise the clinical team on shift
- Liaise with doctors, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote clinical excellence, compliance and quality improvement
Working Hours
- Rotational 12-hour shifts
- Short week / Long week roster
- Every second weekend
- Public holidays as rostered
