Kendrick Recruitment is searching for an experienced Head of Reservations/Sales for a reputable, small luxury hotel & lodge portfolio, based at their Head offices in Johannesburg.
Skills & Knowledge

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an inbound Reservations Management position with sales/yield management experience, within the luxury hospitality industry - ESSENTIAL

Experience on Siteminder and eRes is highly advantageous.

Passionate about the product and the hospitality industry

Takes initiative and good leadership, ability to solve problems.

Strong organizational skills

Computer literate: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must have an eye for detail

Must be able to plan, prioritise and work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment

Must be a good team player and also have the ability and motivation to work under own instruction

Excellent sales, influencing and negotiation skills

Salary: R45,000 CTC
