We are a well-established steel & aluminium manufacturing, supply & installation company, looking for an experienced, passionate, driven sales executive to service the greater Western Cape area. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers and for driving sales growth within the existing client base and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and lead generation.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
3. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet & exceed sales targets.
4. Manage & grow sales pipeline and follow up on quotes, tenders and pricing requests (ensuring timeous, accurate submissions and subsequent follow ups).
Requirements:
- Valid unendorsed drivers' license
- 2+ years sales experience in a client-facing role
- Knowledge in the steel/aluminium/construction/manufacturing industry is beneficial but not essential
- English: Speak, read, write & understand
- Afrikaans (speak, read, write & understand) beneficial but not essential
- Criminal Clearance
- Neat, presentable, excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel
