The establishment will offer a unique culinary experience, combining traditional Vietnamese flavors with contemporary presentation. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and bring their vision to life.
Position Overview:
The Executive Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, extensive management experience, and a deep appreciation for Asian / Vietnamese cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a dynamic and authentic Vietnamese menu that caters to a diverse clientele.

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation.

Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards in the kitchen.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to ensure profitability.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Stay updated with culinary trends and integrate them into the menu.
Requirements:

Formal Culinary Arts Diploma or Food Service Management Diploma.

5-10 years of management experience in a similar role.

Previous experience in a Vietnamese restaurant would be a significant advantage.
